I’m Rob and I’m the Chair of the Board for the Charity Football League. I’m responsible for the running of the league and also oversee all marketing activity. I have an extensive marketing background in various sectors from ground transportation to health and fitness. Currently I work for a technology business where I’m Head of Commercial and Marketing for our sports betting product. I’m also very passionate about grass roots football as I have been playing amateur football from the age of 5 which has also led to me getting involved with the Middlesex FA where I’m a Commercial Advisory Board member.

Hi, my name is Reena. I am the HR Director and a Board Member for the Charity Football League. I have over a decade experience in HR and have worked across many different sectors gaining a wealth of knowledge. I currently work for a coaching company that helps businesses grow and scale, as their first senior HR appointment. This is my second role where I am establishing a HR function from scratch and love knowing that I am adding value to the company and supporting employees. My previous experience will allow me to help grow the CFL, ensure that we are compliant, improve productivity and get the best out of our people. It is all about teamwork, boosting morale and having open and honest communication where everyone gets heard.

Kevin currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer for Careers & Industry Division of Navitas, a global education provider, having joined in 2013 following a decade of financial and strategic experience in the Banking sector. He has held a number of leadership and management roles with responsibilities including Financial reporting, strategy and change management. He has a Bachelor of Science Joint Honours degree in Mathematics & Economics from the University of Wales, Swansea and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered and Certified.

I’m Brian and I’m the Coordinator of the Charity Football League. Before that I used to be a financial advisor. I played competitive football until the age of 55, but had to retire early due to a serious injury. I have also been a Referee for 22 years and I am the Vice Chairman for the Oxfordshire Referees Association. I also serve on the committees of the Hellenic League, the Oxfordshire Senior League and the Upper Thames Valley Sunday League. I have been involved with the CFL as a Referee for the last few seasons.
